Ms. Ramona (Ruiz) Gonzalez

Ramona Gonzalez, age 80, lately of Wake Forest, NC died October 18, 2025. Ramona was born to Joaquina and Juan Ruiz in Santurce Puerto Rico.

Ms. Gonzalez is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Luis, her siblings Ana, Virginia, Jorge and Carmelo, and her granddaughter Emily Hope.

She leaves to cherish her memories her three children: Luis (Shirley) Gonzalez, Edward (Betsy)
Gonzalez, and Stephanie (Yabar) Fereaud; brothers Juan and Jose; and many beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She lived in the Rockaway area of Queens, New York for over 40 years until her recent move to Wake Forest. She loved to cook for her family and listen to music. She enjoyed concerts and seeing her favorites singing live. She will be greatly missed by all.
